Feelings of Doubt

Everyone is plagued by feelings of doubt at one point or another. It’s totally natural;  you are not alone. Doubt about the future, doubt about a relationship, doubt about you as a person – all are very common.

But what can be done? Time will eventually erase the doubt you feel. If you’re feeling doubt about a relationship, have a talk with the other person. Keeping quiet and suppressing your emotions does no one good. Doubting the future can only be overcome by accepting that some of the future is not in your control but some of it is. Choices you make will definitely impact you, but there are also other situations which you will not be able to control.

Talking to someone – anyone – is definitely the best way to eliminate your doubt. An outside perspective can help clear your mind and give you an angle you haven’t thought of before.
